What can I say about Pam Ratcliffe at Coldwell Banker West except that she contains the rare qualities of being an extremely warm and trustworthy person along with being a stellar, exceedingly competent, and outstandingly conscientious businesswoman.A few years ago, she helped us purchase our beautiful home. We were new to the area and looking to change real estate agents since we were dealing with somebody who was just unavailable most of the time, and she was a breath of fresh air in every sense of the word. We had a day and a half to find a home to move into, and she helped make that happen.Recently, she helped us sell that home, which we thought we would be staying in for the long term, and she helped us negotiate all the hiccups along the way that were out of our control. In the end, we ended up getting absolutely the best deal. Along the way, with both buying and selling, we felt like we were her only clients, and I have a feeling that’s how everybody feels when they work with Pam. Along with her extensive knowledge of the market and her tough but fair negotiating skills, her responsiveness in dealing with us as clients was unparalleled.I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you want somebody who will be on your side and go above and beyond—I don’t use that term lightly—she is the one who will work hard for you and leave you with a great feeling both personally and professionally.

Pamela Ratcliffe is the absolute best real estate agent! I have referred her to everybody I know over the last 10 years and there has been nothing but happy people in her wake. When I planned to move back to San Diego, she met me for a three-day weekend. During that weekend, we saw 32 houses, picked the top three and secured our home.
