Vista Market Report

Vista is an inland North County city with a revitalized downtown, older neighborhoods with larger lots and newer communities on the edges. It has been a steady market over the past few years. Here is what September's closed sales tell us.

Each month, we review the latest closed sales for Vista and explain what those numbers mean for buyers and sellers. A citywide median is a starting point, not the whole story. Recent sales of homes like yours give the more specific picture, and we're always glad to pull them.

For Buyers

Prices are about flat with last year, so you have time to compare. Larger-lot homes and newer neighborhoods price very differently, so compare like with like.

For Sellers

With prices holding steady, homes that show well and are priced close to recent nearby sales are the ones moving.
